A 'think tank' for tackling listing challenges and integrating business and finance
As the core force in the company's financial control and IPO preparation, the 13 members of the Finance and Planning Department, with the core concept of "finance drives business, data empowers decision-making", have shouldered the dual responsibility with professionalism and collaboration, becoming the "financial engine" that promotes the high-quality development of the company.
In the "tough battle" of preparing for the listing, the Ministry of Planning and Finance has formed a special tackling team to overcome each difficulty with the spirit of "nail in the nail". In order to meet the requirements of the listing review, the team completed the company's 13 month cost recalculation work in just one month - from organizing cost, warehouse, and R&D data from the past two years, to clarifying accounting standards. Faced with the tight schedule and heavy tasks, seven party members took the lead in working overtime to ensure that each set of data was true and accurate; Faced with the collaborative needs of multiple intermediary agencies, they established a "daily report+weekly meeting" mechanism to efficiently coordinate financial auditing, asset evaluation, compliance verification, and other work. They have completed key milestone tasks such as equity compliance, asset compliance, and shareholding reform, ensuring that the company's listing schedule is implemented as required.
In daily financial management, the finance and accounting department also breaks through with innovation. They actively integrated into the wave of financial digital transformation promoted by the company's party committee, launched an ERP accounting system, broke down the information barrier between "finance and business", and established a special docking mechanism to provide cost analysis and decision-making references for production and sales departments, helping the company optimize cost control throughout the year; Further refining the accounting process and improving service response speed have truly achieved the role upgrade from accounting to management, and from management to empowerment.

The 'main force' of production tackling and fine management
The refining and rolling operation area is the "steel fortress" of the production line in Jitai An. Under the leadership of the leadership team in the work area, they anchored the goal of "increasing production, reducing costs, and ensuring safety", and delivered an outstanding performance by 2025. They were also awarded the title of "Advanced Workshop for Safety Production at Shougang".
In terms of production targets, they closely monitor indicators and accurately schedule production. The actual completion rate of steel and steel production exceeds 100%. In terms of cost control, through process optimization and energy consumption control, the annual cost was reduced by 7.947 million yuan, with a completion rate of 305.65%, far exceeding the planned target; In terms of equipment management, they have implemented the "pre planned maintenance+special maintenance" model, completed in-depth maintenance and technical upgrades of multiple core equipment, reduced equipment hot shutdown time by 0.0079 hours/ton compared to the plan, and achieved 23 out of 26 benchmark indicators. In addition, under the deployment of the company's party committee's digital transformation strategy, they are also promoting digital transformation, implementing automation intrinsic safety projects such as three-phase automatic feeding and purification robotic arms, promoting MES logistics systems, and revitalizing traditional production workshops with modern vitality.

The 'screw' of quality protection and on-site management
The 9-person coarse silk packaging team is the 'detail guardian' rooted at the end of the production process. Under the leadership of team leader Bao Yanling, they aimed to improve management and create first-class quality, and delivered perfect results in the three major areas of quality, three modernizations, and safety.
In terms of quality control, they have engraved "customer first" into their daily work: they have established a "one-time inventory statistics ledger for wire drawing operation team production" and a "quality management contracting responsibility system", with full participation and responsibility assigned to individuals, strictly implementing the "quality control 22+5" standard. From product size, precision to color, packaging, they control the first inspection, mutual inspection, self inspection and other inspection links one by one, minimize the generation of scrap steel, improve product qualification rate, and practice the concept of "high-quality development and high-quality production" with practical actions.
In terms of on-site management, they are responsible for the appearance of the work area. As the "facade team" of the wire drawing operation area, they implement the "regional hygiene responsibility system", implement the "three guarantees in front of the door" and the requirements of "three modernizations" management, ensure that equipment is clean, the ground is clean, and tools are properly placed; During the "Three Modernizations" governance period in 2025, they will make their own material and tool identification signs, paint and renovate outdated equipment, and make the working environment look brand new.
