  From the spiritual origins in the Qingming Festival memorial to the practical anchoring in the oath of scientific and technological innovation, the 70th anniversary of the factory celebration series of "Spark Pursuing Light in 70 Years" has ushered in the core climax of the entire series.

  On April 8th, it was the anniversary of Shougang Gitane's 70 year journey through wind and rain, and a milestone moment in the company's development history. Beijing Shougang Gitane New Materials Corporation was officially established, and the shareholding reform work was successfully implemented. On this day, the Workers' Congress, Shareholders' Meeting, and Board of Directors were held in accordance with the law and regulations, with standardized modern governance and unchanged original intention, to write a solid footnote to the glory of 70 years and set sail for the journey of a hundred years.

   

  - The closed-loop implementation of compliance decision-making has officially established the joint-stock company

  On April 8th, the board of directors, shareholders' meeting, and staff representative meeting of Beijing Shougang Gitane New Materials Co., Ltd., as well as the establishment of the shareholders' meeting, staff representative meeting, and board of directors of Beijing Shougang Gitane New Materials Corporation were held successively. All statutory meetings shall be held strictly in accordance with established procedures and standardized order, with interlocking and closed-loop implementation, successfully completing the decision-making process of the entire stock reform process.

  The meeting comprehensively reviewed and agreed on the review and confirmation of the preliminary matters for the stock reform, including the restructuring plan, asset sorting, equity standardization, business integration, and management recruitment proposals. The first board of directors of Beijing Shougang Gitane New Materials Corporation was elected.

  70 years ago, scientific and technological personnel represented by Mr. Zhu Jue and the older generation of Jitai'an people broke the foreign technology monopoly from scratch, laid a solid foundation for China's electric heating material industry, and embarked on the first path of "bringing glory to the country".

  Over the past 70 years, we have adhered to the belief of "bringing glory to the country" and "unlimited innovation and maintaining leadership" from fixing the situation to breaking through it, from catching up to leading the way. We have stepped on technological bottlenecks one by one and written industry leaders into the history of China's electric heating industry development.

  70 years later, with the reform of the shareholding system as a new starting point, we have completed another crucial leap in the history of enterprise development.  

  This is not a simple name change, but a comprehensive upgrade of the development model, comprehensive standardization of the governance system, and a comprehensive leap in the development pattern. It is not only the achievement of our 70 years of material development accumulation, but also a key step for us to continue practicing the spirit of "one leading, two integrating" and strive for high-quality development in the 15th Five Year Plan. It is the core support for fulfilling the pledge of "turning Gitane's repeated leadership into China's leading electric heating industry". 

From reminiscing about the original intention of our predecessors, to taking the oath of victory at the Science and Technology Innovation Conference, and to the milestone leap in the implementation of the stock reform, in three days, we have completed the complete closed loop of "spiritual soul casting - practical empowerment - pattern leap", and presented the heaviest congratulatory gift for the 70th anniversary of the factory.

The seven ranks of prosperity are all prefaces, and the stock reform sets sail again. Standing at a brand new historical starting point, Shougang Gitane will take the establishment of a joint-stock company as a new starting point, adhere to the original intention of serving the country with materials, inherit the spirit of "glory enhancement", take technological innovation as the core engine, and standardized governance as the solid guarantee, firmly move towards the goal of becoming a world-class electric heating new material enterprise, and strive to climb the highest peak of the world's electric heating industry on the road of new glory enhancement.
