The spring tide surges and opens up a new journey, striving for excellence at the right time. On the occasion of the upcoming International Labor Day and Youth Day, Gitane Company held the 2025 Advanced Commendation Conference. The conference solemnly commended the advanced collectives and exemplary individual emerging in all fronts of the company's development, further mobilized all cadres and employees to unite, work hard, and fully implement the goals and tasks set by the 2026 Workers' Congress, and repeatedly charged on the new journey of "the 15th Five Year Plan", the 70th anniversary of the company, and reform. Li Gang pointed out that 2025 is a year of deepening the comprehensive implementation of the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, and a crucial year for the successful conclusion of the company's 14th Five Year Plan and the planning and layout of the 15th Five Year Plan. This year, all Gitane people faced the four overlapping challenges of sluggish market situation, intensified industry competition, intertwined new and old problems, and survival and development tests. One is to establish a solid business foundation with ultimate management and pledge to ensure the rigid achievement of annual goals. The fundamental strategy for us to respond to market challenges and enhance our core competitiveness is to tap into our potential internally and manage to the extreme. We must always adhere to the principle of "profitable income and cash flow profits", prioritize gross profit and focus on efficiency throughout the entire business process, fully leverage the centralized control role of big budget management, practice the concept of "all costs can be reduced", extend cost control responsibilities to teams and machines, establish standard cost models and dynamic analysis mechanisms, continuously deepen cost reduction through centralized procurement, technology, and management, and comprehensively expand profit margins.
The second is to forge core long plates driven by innovation and seize the opportunity for the development of new quality productivity. Technological innovation has always been the only path for Gitane to overcome cycles, break through internal competition, and lead the industry. It is our first competitive advantage. We must always anchor the world's top enterprise Kangtai Er to benchmark and catch up, with the Electric Heating Research Institute as the "strongest brain", develop a catching up plan by product and indicator, and continue to break through in core indicators such as material purity, tissue uniformity, surface quality, and long-term service stability. We will make every effort to promote the market transformation of cutting-edge products such as ODS super electric heating alloys, and firmly control the pricing and discourse power of the high-end electric heating alloy industry.
The third is to break through the market and expand development space, and build domestic and international dual circulation advantages. The market is the main battlefield for the survival and development of enterprises. Only by taking the initiative and accurately breaking through can they stand firm in fierce competition. To deeply implement the "Four Thousand Spirit", promote the transformation of marketing personnel from "sales representatives" to "customer consultants", abandon pure price competition, and shift towards value competition of "technology+service+solution", focus on key areas such as energy storage, oil and gas, chip semiconductor, photovoltaic manufacturing, strengthen strategic cooperation with leading enterprises, and achieve a leap from "supplying materials" to "embedding in customer production processes".
