The 138th Canton Fair will kick off from October 15-19, 2025 at the Pazhou International Convention and Exhibition Center in Guangzhou, as business opportunities surge in the golden autumn of October. Beijing Shougang Gitane New Materials Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Shougang Group, will showcase its heavyweight new materials and cordially invite global merchants to visit our booth (9.1H23-24) to discuss cooperation and explore new opportunities in the industry.

Shougang Gitane, formerly known as Beijing Steel Wire Factory in 1956, has a 68 year history of electric heating alloy manufacturing. Once collaborated with universities to independently develop electric heating alloys to fill the domestic gap and assist in the development of "two bombs and one satellite". Chairman Zhu De named the company's original site road "Zengguang Road". In 2008, it became a subsidiary of Shougang Holdings. In 2020, it established the concept of "employee first, customer first, quality priority, and adding glory to the country". It is now a national high-tech enterprise, a national level specialized and innovative "little giant" enterprise, and a national "green factory".
The company focuses on the main business of electric heating alloys, led by doctors from Tsinghua University and Beijing University of Science and Technology. It has a Beijing Enterprise Technology Center and is responsible for the development of 5 national standards for electric heating alloys, with 57 authorized patents (23 invention patents). The production end adopts advanced international equipment, establishes a full chain quality control system, and the products have passed ISO9001, ISO14001, EU RoHS, REACH certifications. They are applied in fields such as photovoltaics, chips, and high-end glass, and have deep cooperation with more than 200 well-known domestic and foreign enterprises.

1. Ultra high temperature electric heating alloy series (SGHT/SGHYZ)
The series includes core grades such as SGHT and SGHYZ. SGHT has a usage temperature of 1425 ℃ and is manufactured using powder metallurgy technology. It has strong oxidation resistance and low high-temperature creep, filling the gap of electric heating alloys above 1350 ℃ in China; SGHYZ has a maximum operating temperature of 1400 ℃ and excellent creep resistance and high-temperature strength. Widely used in high-end fields such as ceramic sintering furnaces and chip heat treatment furnaces, the service life is increased by more than 50% compared to traditional materials.
2. High resistance iron chromium aluminum electric heating alloy series
Covering grades such as 0Cr25Al5 and 0Cr23Al5, with uniform composition, high resistivity, and precise dimensions. Used as a carrier for industrial well type heat treatment furnaces and automotive exhaust purifiers; Civil adaptation air conditioning, electric water heaters, etc. Among them, "Iron chromium aluminum metal fiber wire material" was awarded the "National Key New Product", and the automobile exhaust purification material project won the first prize of Beijing Innovation Achievement Award.
3. Nickel chromium (iron) electric heating wire/strip series
Including mainstream grades such as Cr30Ni70 and Cr20Ni80, as well as customized products for SG140 and SG240. Cr30Ni70 has a maximum operating temperature of 1250 ℃ and excellent resistance to "green corrosion"; SG140 is designed specifically for tempered glass furnaces, with no brown oxide layer falling off at medium and low temperatures. Widely used in industrial furnace heating elements, household appliances, and car seat heating, it ranks among the top in terms of weldability and form stability in the industry.
