The high-performance electric heating alloy series products are independently developed by Gitane, including three grades: 0Cr21AI6Nb, HRE, and SGHYZ. The operating temperature can reach 1300 ℃, 1350 ℃, and 1400 ℃, with high electrical resistivity, good oxidation resistance, high operating temperature, strong resistance to high temperature deformation, and long service life.
SGHYZ is a third-generation high-temperature material that can be used at a working temperature of 1400 ℃. This material has excellent creep resistance, stable oxidation resistance, high high-temperature strength, and long high-temperature service life. With the special combination of microalloying elements and unique metallurgical manufacturing processes, SGHYZ has gained recognition from domestic and foreign customers in the field of high-temperature heat-resistant fibers. SGHYZ has been successfully applied in a series of industrial fields such as ceramic sintering, chip manufacturing, automotive glass kilns, high-power density and high-temperature industrial kilns, industrial burners, boiler retrofitting, photovoltaic crystal processing, glass annealing, and high-temperature flue gas treatment.

Ultra high temperature electric heating alloy SGHT:It has strong oxidation resistance, corrosion resistance, long high-temperature life, stable resistance, and is suitable for high-temperature equipment such as ceramic kilns above 1425 ℃.
