PRODUCT INTRODUCTION
Nickel-chromium heating alloy wire (ribbon) is an austenitic alloy operated up to1050-1250℃. This alloy has high resistivity, excellent oxidation resistance, morphological stability, weldability and good malleability after use. This alloy is widely used in making electric heatingelement of domestic appliance and industrial furnace.
Nickel-chromium heating wires are generally supplied in the form of wire, thick strip, or thin strip.The physical and mechanical properties of the alloy are shown in the table below:
