Metal electric heating element
Iron chromium aluminum（FeCrAl）alloy electric heating elements have high electrical resistivity, good oxidation resistance, and high temperature resistance. They are not easily deformed at high temperatures and have a long service life. The disadvantage is that the high temperature strength is low, the texture is brittle, and it is easy to break.
Widely used in various industrial heating furnaces, such as heat treatment furnaces, forging heating furnaces, glass melting furnaces, etc., it is also used in household heating equipment such as ovens and electric heaters.
Nickel chromium alloy electric heating elements have high heat resistance, oxidation resistance, and corrosion resistance. They have good high-temperature strength, are not easily deformed, and have good processing performance. They can be made into various shapes and specifications of electric heating elements. But the cost is relatively high and the resistivity is relatively low.
Commonly used in heating equipment such as electronic tubes and transistors in the electronics industry, as well as in fields such as aerospace and medical equipment that require high performance of electric heating elements. It is also applied in some high-end household heating appliances, such as high-end electric kettles and coffee machines.
