Product Name: 904L

Physical properties: 904L, density: 8.24g/cm3, melting point: 1300-1390 ℃

Heat treatment: heat preservation between 1100-1150 ℃ for 1-2 hours, rapid air cooling or water cooling.

Mechanical properties: tensile strength: σ B ≥ 490mpa, yield strength σ B ≥ 215mpa, elongation: δ≥ 35%, hardness: 70-90 (HRB)

Corrosion resistance and main application environment: 904L is a kind of austenitic stainless steel with low carbon content and high alloying metal, which is designed for harsh corrosion conditions. It has better corrosion resistance than 316L and 317L, and takes into account the price and performance, and has high cost performance ratio. Due to the addition of 1.5% copper, it has excellent corrosion resistance for reducing acids such as sulfuric acid and phosphoric acid. It also has excellent corrosion resistance to stress corrosion, pitting corrosion and crevice corrosion caused by chloride ion, and has good resistance to intergranular corrosion. In the concentration range of 0-98%, the temperature of 904L can be as high as 40 ℃. In the range of 0-85% phosphoric acid, its corrosion resistance is very good. In industrial phosphoric acid produced by wet process, impurities have a strong influence on corrosion resistance. In all kinds of phosphoric acid, the corrosion resistance of 904L is better than that of ordinary stainless steel. In strong oxidizing nitric acid, the corrosion resistance of 904L steel is lower than that of high alloy steel without molybdenum. In hydrochloric acid, the use of 904L is limited to a lower concentration of 1-2%. In this concentration range. The corrosion resistance of 904L is better than that of conventional stainless steel. 904L steel has high resistance to pitting corrosion. This grade can not be used at temperatures higher than 300 ℃ (570f) or very low temperature. It has good corrosion resistance to atmosphere and diluted acid or salt. Its corrosion resistance is the same as that of 304 and 430. 630 / 632 has been widely used in valve, shaft, chemical fiber industry and high strength parts with certain corrosion resistance requirements. Product introduction:

7-4ph alloy is a precipitated, hardened and martensitic stainless steel composed of copper and niobium / columbium.

Characteristics: after heat treatment, the mechanical properties of the products are more perfect, and the compressive strength can reach as high as 1100-1300 MPa (160-190 Ksi). This grade can not be used at temperatures higher than 300 ℃ (572 Fahrenheit) or very low temperature. It has good corrosion resistance to atmosphere and diluted acid or salt. Its corrosion resistance is the same as that of 304 and 430.

 

17-4PH is martensitic precipitation hardening stainless steel. 17-4PH performance is easy to adjust the strength level, which can be adjusted by changing the heat treatment process. The main strengthening means are martensitic transformation and precipitation hardening phase formed by aging treatment. The 17-4PH attenuation property is good, corrosion fatigue resistance and water drop resistance are strong.
